We believe online gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a burden. jp9w provides self-control tools, personal limits, and full support to ensure your gaming experience remains positive and in control.
Responsible gaming means enjoying online gaming as a leisure activity in a controlled, safe, and mindful way. This includes understanding how games work, identifying risks early, and using the tools available to ensure you stay in control at all times.
At jp9w, we do more than provide an engaging gaming platform — we ensure every member has access to the resources, tools, and support needed to play responsibly. Your well-being is our priority.
Remember: Gaming is entertainment. Never bet with money you cannot afford to lose. Set a budget before you play and stick to it.
Decide how much you are willing to spend as entertainment before opening any game. Stick to that limit without exception.
Online gaming is entertainment, just like going to the cinema or dining out. Winning and losing are both part of the experience and should never be treated as a primary source of income.
If you feel stressed, frustrated, or obsessive while playing, stop the session and take a break. jp9w provides an easily accessible self-break button at any time.
If you or someone you care about feels that gaming is starting to affect daily life, reach out to the jp9w support team or a professional assistance organisation.
Jp9w provides a wide range of self-control tools that you can activate directly from your account — free, straightforward, and effective immediately.
Set a maximum deposit amount per day or per week directly from your account settings. Once the limit is reached, the jp9w system automatically blocks any additional deposits until the limit period expires.
Set a time limit for each of your gaming sessions. When the set time is nearly up, jp9w will send you a reminder. Once the limit is reached, the session ends automatically for your own wellbeing.
Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with for a given period. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to continue playing until the period ends — protecting your account balance.
Need time away from the platform? Activate a self-break for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or any duration of your choice. Your account will be temporarily suspended without the need to close it permanently.
If you feel you need to stop entirely, the permanent self-exclusion option is always available. Your account will be permanently locked and you will no longer receive any marketing communications from jp9w.
View and review a complete record of your gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. Full transparency helps you monitor your playing patterns and make smarter decisions.
Gambling problems can affect anyone regardless of background or experience level. Identifying the early signs is the most important first step. Watch out if you are experiencing any of the following:
Borrowing money from family or friends, or taking out loans to fund your gaming, is a serious warning sign.
Feeling compelled to keep playing in order to win back money already lost, even while aware it may lead to greater losses.
Work, family, studies, or personal relationships start to suffer because too much time and mental energy is consumed by gaming.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when unable to access the gaming platform is a sign of dependency that needs to be addressed.
Answer the following questions honestly. If you answer "Yes" to three or more, we encourage you to speak with the jp9w support team or seek professional help:
Have you ever played longer or spent more than you planned?
Do you hide your gaming activity from family or close friends?
Have you ever used savings, bill money, or daily necessities funds to gamble?
Do you find it hard to stop playing even when you intended to?
Do you use gaming as an escape from stress, depression, or personal problems?
Have loved ones ever expressed concern about your gaming habits?
If you answered "Yes" to 3 or more questions, please contact the jp9w support team via live chat for further guidance. You do not have to face this alone.
All self-control tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard — no paperwork, no complicated procedures, no extra charges.
Log in to your jp9w account using your registered credentials. Make sure you are on your personal account page.
Navigate to the "Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" section in your account menu to view all available tools.
Choose the type of limit or control tool you want to activate — deposit limit, time limit, self-break, or self-exclusion.
Confirm your choice and the control tool will activate immediately. Limits that have been set cannot be relaxed before the period ends, to keep you protected.
Important note: In line with jp9w's consumer protection policy, any reduction of limits or cancellation of a self-break will only take effect after a minimum cooling-off period — 24 hours for daily limits and 7 days for weekly limits. This ensures your decisions are made with a clear head.
