Joining and enjoying the jp9w VIP programme is straightforward — you're already halfway there the moment you open your first account.
Create your jp9w account in under 3 minutes. Every new account is automatically enrolled in the VIP program starting at Bronze tier.
Top up your balance and activate your account. Every deposit lets you play while automatically earning VIP reward points.
Every bet placed on any game in the jp9w lobby — slots, Live Casino, sports or arcade — instantly earns you VIP points.
Once your points reach the next tier threshold, your upgrade happens automatically. New benefits activate immediately and you can start enjoying your VIP privileges right away.
Important Note: jp9w VIP points are calculated based on your net wagering amount over a rolling 30-day period. Your VIP tier is reviewed monthly and can move up or down based on your recent gaming activity.
If you've played on other online platforms before, you may have noticed that most VIP programmes are little more than labels — tier upgrades with barely any real difference in benefits. jp9w takes a very different approach. The jp9w VIP programme was built from the ground up with one core purpose: ensuring loyal players genuinely feel the difference in every aspect of their gaming experience.
What stands out most is the transparent and fair points system. At jp9w, you know exactly how many points you've earned, how many more you need to reach the next level, and what benefits await you when you get there. No hidden conditions, no unreasonably short benefit expiry periods, and no need to contact support just to claim your rewards.
The core concept is simple — every RM you wager at jp9w earns you a set number of VIP points. The points accumulation rate varies by game type:
No matter which game you enjoy at jp9w, you'll keep earning points and progressing toward higher VIP tiers. The system is fair, inclusive and designed so every player — from casual to regular — can truly benefit from the jp9w VIP programme.
One of the most valued benefits among jp9w Diamond and Platinum VIP members is access to a personal account manager. This goes beyond standard customer support — your VIP manager understands your gaming habits, knows which promotions suit you best and can resolve any issue with top priority.
Imagine having someone you can reach directly whenever there's an issue with a deposit or withdrawal, or when you want to know about the latest promotions tailored to your VIP tier. At jp9w, this isn't a luxury — it's the standard for Diamond and Platinum members.
A common complaint among players on other platforms is the waiting time for withdrawals. jp9w addresses this by giving VIP members priority withdrawal processing. From Gold tier and above, your withdrawal requests are handled faster than regular players — and for Platinum members, unlimited instant withdrawals are a permanent entitlement.
This matters because there's no point winning big if your winnings get stuck for days in the withdrawal process. jp9w understands this and ensures VIP members can enjoy their winnings without delay.
Automatic Upgrade: Your jp9w VIP tier updates automatically every time your points reach the next tier threshold — no manual claim needed.
Your Data is Safe: All jp9w VIP account information and transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your security is our top priority.
